PASSPORT Coffee

All of our coffee is roasted only after an order is placed to ensure freshness. We have a standard 24-hour turn around on all orders. We regularly custom blend, and flavor different coffees and teas each day, helping you provide a special service to your customers. Our quality control program ensures that your orders are correctly filled and arrive on-time.

Our coffee roasting system is an Air Roaster. The Air Roaster suspends the beans in the roasting chamber on a bed of hot air creating a very evenly roasted coffee every batch. The tumbling action, caused by the circulating hot air, removes the unwanted bitter "chaff" surrounding each coffee bean. Roasting delicious coffee to it's "optimum" point requires constantly adjusting the roast times and temperatures to compensate for the different moisture content, density, age, and the origin of each different coffee.

The end result is perfectly roasted coffee. The combination of the roasting process and the highest quality coffee beans equals better tasting coffee.

All our coffees are packed in 1 lb valve bags to preserve freshness. Available whole bean or ground for drip coffee makers.
