We blend a Central American coffee and South American coffee for the base of this dark roast. When creating a dark roast, the oils in the beans are brought to the surface during the roasting process, which makes the rich flavor of the brewed coffee stand out in comparison to lighter roasts.
After tasting it at any of the multiple restaurants we supply with this roast, customers are instantly attracted to the rich taste and smooth nature of this coffee. This dark roast is one of our most popular selling coffees and is excellent as a black cup of coffee or any espresso drink. Also available in decaf.
Coffee Profile: French roast is darker then the dark roasted Vienna but lighter then our darkest Italian roast. Though it is not the darkest roast we offer, the profile is notably flavorful and attracts customers drawn towards a very strong and smooth cup of black coffee.
