Vienna Roast is the lightest of our dark roasts. The coffee is roasted to the point where and the oils just begin to be brought to the surface of the bean. Its known as our smoothest dark roast, and perfect for those wanting to try a darker roast profile. The unique and delicious cupping notes make it a perfect brew to start your day!
Coffee Profile: Multiple Central and South American coffees are roasted carefully, just until the oil begins to reach the surface of the bean. These oils give the coffee the bold and smooth flavor that dark roasts are known for. However, being our lightest dark roast, Vienna is categorized as a medium-dark roast. The flavor and aroma are significant, but not overpowering.
